Top Machine Learning Resources/Websites

As AI becomes more and more integrated in our everyday lives, the number of jobs in machine learning continues to rise. In fact, IDC estimates that spending on AI and ML will grow $57.6 billion in 2021.

For computer scientists and developers interested in becoming machine learning experts, there are a variety of expensive, in-person courses to choose from. However, here we list some cheaper online courses that you can work through at your own pace.

1). The most popular course on Machine Learning is by Coursera founder Andrew Ng.

Andrew Yan-Tak Ng  isChinese-American computer scientist, focusing on machine learning and AI. Also a business executive and investor in the Silicon Valley, Ng co-founded and led Google Brainand was a former Vice President and Chief Scientist at Baidu, building the company’s Artificial Intelligence Group into a team of several thousand people.[3]

Ng is an adjunct professor at Stanford University (formerly associate professor and Director of its AI Lab). Also a pioneer in online education, Ng co-founded Coursera and deeplearning.ai.[4] With his online courses, he has successfully spearheaded many efforts to “democratize deep learning.”[2] Since 2018 he launched and currently heads AI Fund, initially a $175-million investment fund for backing artificial intelligence startups. He has founded Landing AI, which provides AI-powered SaaS products and Transformation Program to empower enterprises into cutting-edge AI companies.

This course has a rating of 4.9 by 107127 learners and you can enroll for free.

Skills you will gain :

Logistic Regression, Artificial Neural Network, Machine Learning Algorithms.

Approx. 55hours to complete.

2). You can also try Data Science :Machine Learning by edx:

This course is provided by edx.org which is also great platform for learning free courses provided by reputed institutions like Harvard ,MIT etc.

In this course you will learn popular Machine Learning algorithms, prncipal component analysis, and regularization by building a movie recommendation system.

You will learn about training data, and how to use a set of data to discover potentially predictive relationships. As you build the movie recommendation system, you will learn how to train algorithms using training data so you can predict the outcome for future datasets. You will also learn about overtraining and techniques to avoid it such as cross-validation. All of these skills are fundamental to machine learning.

3). Udacity is also providing Introductory Machine Learning courses for beginners.

Udacity is a popular and famous for its nanodegree courses ,providing free and paid courses on Machine Learning.
